Eligible participants for Youth Services must:

  • Be ages 7 to 18.

  • Reside in Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, or Gaston County.

  • Present mental-health or substance-use needs, social-emotional/behavioral challenges linked to trauma, family incarceration, or justice involvement.
     

Eligible participants for Re-Entry Services must:

  • Be a Women (ages 18+) returning to the community after incarceration or justice involvement

  • Reside in Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, or Gaston County.

  • Be diagnosed or have suspected mental health and/or substance use disorder

  • ​​Be at risk of homelessness, relapse, or have family reunification barriers.
